Complaints submitted to our institution are evaluated in accordance with the steps described in our procedure.
The laboratory, which performs solid fuel, liquid fuel, mining and environmental analysis in Ankara, is accredited by Türkak and authorized by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.
