- The quality management system we have established ensures that the service we provide is fast, accurate and precise. Independence, impartiality and confidentiality are the basic principles of our laboratory.
- We are committed to always provide testing services in accordance with national, international and customer requirements.
- It is mandatory for all personnel participating in the experiments to learn the documents prepared within the framework of the quality management system established in accordance with TSE EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard and to carry out the experiments according to the policies, procedures and principles written in these documents.
- In order to continuously improve and upgrade our quality management system; minimizing complaints from customers through feedback, minimizing the number of nonconformities and delivering the test results to the customer as soon as possible will always be on our agenda.
- Our primary goal is to maintain the full scope of our accreditation and to further expand the scope of accreditation over time.
